How to disarm AI functions on Dahua camera via DMSS

This guide explains how to arm and disarm the siren/stobe light/alarm connection of your Dahua AI cameras through your DMSS mobile app. Example Dahua AI cameras this works with include the TIOC range and any Active Deterrence range of Dahua IP camera.

Step by Step Instructions

1. Launch DMSS App

2. Tap on Home and then select one of your added device that you wish to share. Tap on ... icon

> Device Details.

3. Once in the ‘Device details’ of the recorder, now click on the toggle switch next to Disarm. This will make it turn blue indicating the cameras AI actions are turned off. This means if something triggers the AI rules (depending on how your system is configured on install) your system will not notify your app and also turn off the siren etc.

4. To re-arm, tap the toggle again until the switch shows grey. Grey colour indicates the AI actions are switched on and are working. This means your system including cameras will action on AI events as programmed.
